Universeum After Dark is a brand new evening experience where curious adults get the house to themselves. With an 18+ age limit, live music, bar and inspiring talks, a unique space is created for everyone who wants to explore their present and future. Welcome to magical evenings where you'll go home wiser, uplifted and perhaps with a new perspective on an important issue or the world we live in.

Sea sausage, sand shrimp and sea lettuce. The food of the future is in the sea – and someone has to be the first to come up with something new. Let it be you. Here's the bitter truth: with nine billion mouths to feed, we can no longer be picky. A growing population requires us to expand our food sources to relieve the pressure on the earth's resources. This evening we'll try our way through the delicacies of the sea, from what you already love to things you've never dared to try. The sea is a well-stocked pantry where we've only seen the top shelf. That's about to change!

You get entry and access to the entire program for 275 SEK. Buy a ticket for one occasion – or all autumn evenings at once. The bar serves light food and drinks throughout the evening.
Listen, ask, mingle.
The speakers will give short 20-minute talks that will be spaced out at 30-minute intervals. The time slots allow you to move from one speaker to the next, but still have time to mingle around the house and visit the bar.

Universeum After Dark also offers an activity where you have the opportunity to try it yourself to immerse the experience. Maybe you'll get a taste for more and go home with new ideas? Dare to push your limits!

Outside the restaurant, we have guest appearances by some kind, who fits in with the evening's theme. Here, you'll get the opportunity to try it, taste it, before you can buy something to take home.

Universeum's restaurant on the 2nd floor serves food and drinks the whole night. Here you will find tasting trays with cheese, cold cuts and small selections at a reasonable price, or a warming stew if you are hungry for real. Vegetarian and vegan options are of course available.
