Universeum’s commitment to protect endangered species

Universeum is firmly committed to the preservation of a sustainable society. Already in the planning stages, a policy of environmental awareness played a fundamental role in all aspects of the construction.

Protecting and maintaining biological diversity and the conservation of the natural world are integral to our environmental awareness policy. We have therefore made a firm commitment to be proactive in disseminating information about protecting the environment and also in contributing to the conservation of species, both in our breeding programmes at Universeum and by protecting animals in the wild in diverse environments.

Educational visits with biological diversity as the theme

We believe it is essential to involve society as a whole in this important work and have therefore developed a conservation theme for visiting school classes.

We hope visitors to Universeum will be encouraged to make their own contributions, in some way or another, to the conservation of endangered species and environments.
