For events at Universeum

• A preliminary booking is valid for 14 days.
• Cancellation up to four weeks in advance – no charge.
• Cancellation 4-2 weeks in advance – 25% of the total cost will be charged.
• Cancellation 1- 2 weeks in advance – 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• Cancellation less then a week in advance - 100% of the total cost will be charged.

Number of guests

Final number of guests shall be declared two weeks in advance.

These can be adjusted up or down by 10% up till a week in advance.
